The symbols didn’t change. I did.
There was a time when meaning came pre-labeled.
Some symbols were called holy. Others were dismissed or feared.
Some rituals were protected. Others were rejected.
The map was already drawn.
And I followed it with sincerity.
Not blindly—faithfully.
A traveler was given a map before ever seeing the land.
Mountains were marked safe. Valleys were marked dangerous.
For years, he walked only where the map allowed.
One day, the wind took the map from his hands.
He stood still, unsure. Then he looked up.
The mountains were still there.
The valleys were still there.
But now he saw them for himself.
And what he once feared, he could now understand.
The destabilization came before the language for it.
Not as rebellion—but as noticing.
Symbolism where there was said to be none.
Ritual where it was denied.
It wasn’t contradiction. It was context revealing itself.
This is not about proving the past wrong.
It’s about seeing it clearly.
What once held meaning still does—
but no longer as a boundary.
Now it becomes a bridge.
The earlier self was not mistaken.
It was aligned to the light available at the time.
And as light expands, so does understanding.
Not to dismantle what was—
but to build honestly from what is.
The symbols never held the power.
They pointed to it.
And when the seeing changes,
the symbol returns to its place—
not as authority,
but as reflection.

The Space
Not a storefront.
Not a schedule.
Just something you return to
when it calls you back.
